Before Field, Jake spent years in brokerage leadership as Vice President, advising clients across office, industrial, retail, and land transactions throughout Texas. His approach is rooted in accountability and precision, hallmarks of the culture he helps reinforce each day at Field CRE. A Southlake Carroll Dragon alum and Baylor graduate, Jake was a football letterman for the Bears, learning early the connection between preparation, persistence, and performance. His leadership reflects the same rhythm and consistency that define Field’s values, presence, precision, consistency, integrity, and foundation.
Based in North Tarrant County, Jake’s deep knowledge of the Dallas–Fort Worth market, particularly within Keller, Southlake, and the surrounding corridor, gives clients and partners a steady, trusted presence in every transaction.
